While the address has evolved, what happens in the kitchen remains fiercely dedicated to tradition. The exact same time-honoured recipes and authentic Indian flavours have been brought to a gorgeous new setting on The Green. House favourites continue to take centre stage, from the perfectly spiced Kangari starter to the deeply aromatic and distinctively flavoured Kushbo main dish.
